We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with hands-on experience in integrating data from Snowflake, building paginated reports and intuitive dashboards that deliver actionable insights. This role requires expertise in Power BI report development in Power BI Report Builder and Power BI Desktop, as well as a strong understanding of SQL. The Power BI Developer will work closely with data engineers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into impactful operational reports and data visualizations. The Power BI Developer will also assist in the migration of SSRS reports to Power BI Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI paginated reports for operational use, and Power BI dashboards and interactive reports for analytical use
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data through validation and quality checks
• Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide ongoing technical support
• Ensure data governance and compliance
• Document reporting solutions, including technical specifications and user guides
• Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of SSRS and Power BI reports

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing paginated reports with Power BI Report Builder
• Hands-on experience developing interactive reports and dashboards with Power BI Desktop
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sql Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot reporting issues
