The MDM Specialist shall be responsible for the MDM process in compliance with SLA / company’s financial policies and procedures. He/She ensures that all transactions including creation and review of Vendor and Customer accounts and other assigned tasks are processed and done accurately and in a timely manner. 

Qualifications:

• Obtained at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Administration, Management Finance or equivalent
• At least 1 year in Master Data Management related work experience
• Experience with different ERP Systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, D365 and others)
• Advanced skills in the use of MS Office application like Excel Spreadsheets, Outlook, Power Point and other applications
• Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.
• Be able to work in a structured environment
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Shared Services/ BPO
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Able to work with the least supervision needed
• Worked in an international and culturally diverse organization
