Educational Qualifications: High School/Senior High School diploma is required.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in air conditioning maintenance.
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge in commercial building HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
Responsibilities and Duties: Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units; conduct regular system inspections.
Working Conditions: May require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
