- Perform preventive maintenance and monitor cleaning equipment
- Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience in air-condition repair.
- Having a thorough understanding of construction, materials, equipment regulations, industry training, or suitable job experience is an advantage
- Able to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Technical school degree and certification for technicians, preferably a graduate of Electrical Installation & Maintenance NC II/Machining NC II/Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NC II
- Willing to travel
- Most importantly, exudes a happy disposition
