• The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s delivery services to new and existing clients. This role focuses on identifying potential customers, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and the delivery operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers for delivery services.
• Promote and explain delivery packages, pricing, and service features to clients.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Process customer bookings and coordinate with the dispatch/operations team for timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to delivery services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Participate in marketing activities, promotions, and events to boost sales.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or college degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or logistics (delivery industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with local delivery routes and service areas is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills for sales reporting and customer records.

Work Environment:

• Fieldwork and client visits with some office-based reporting.
• Flexible hours depending on client needs.
