Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key company executives. Their duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls, gathering documents to prepare for meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.                                                                                                                                    

                                                                                                                                                         

KEY TASKS

1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and travels for the President/Board Chairman.

2. Organize agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up items on behalf of the President/Board Chairman.

3. Draft, screen, and respond to communications on behalf of the President/Board Chairman.

4. Assist with compiling operational and executive reports, or presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Serve as a point of contact between the President/Board Chairman and executives, employees, clients or board member.

6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Management and other related courses
  • Preferably with at least with 1-2 years related experience. Dynamic Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With good communication skills and decision-making. Ability to multi-task, organized, attention to details and accuracy.
  • Good computer literacy including solid working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, with strong time management skills, and resourceful.
  • Excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
