  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with supplier, clients and team members.
  • Perform data entry and assist in report preparation as needed.

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Admin Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, people and process management, and written/verbal communication.
