Administrative Functions

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
  • Handle procurement of indirect materials, office supplies, and service contracts.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for administrative and office needs.
  • Provide administrative support in billing, expense reports, and document management.
  • Assist management with reporting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

I.T. Functions

  • Provide first-level IT support, including troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Monitor, maintain, and manage IT equipment such as computers, printers, routers, and office systems.
  • Support implementation of IT policies, including data security, backups, and system updates.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors/service providers for escalated issues and system upgrades.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with ERP, networking, and IT tools preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to interact effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to work across departments and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in administrative support; exposure to IT support or system maintenance is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
