- Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases.
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking.
- Support staff with administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than one year of relevant experience in administrative roles. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk support, data analysis, data entry, time management, scheduling, and analytical thinking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide administrative support, manage schedules, analyze data, and assist with help desk tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard hours, potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
