- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient workflow across departments
- Manage company documents, records, permits, and compliance requirements
- Supervise the admin staff including HR, clerical, and support team
- Ensure all government and labor law regulations are strictly followed (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, etc.)
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping
- Monitor office budgets, supplies, and procurement processes
- Organize internal meetings, schedules, and company events
- Prepare regular reports and present updates to top management
- Handle renewal of business permits and licenses
- Implement and maintain company policies and administrative systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field
- At least 3–5 years experience in an administrative or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and admin tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and resourceful
