Operation Manager Bound to Fiji Islands

We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Tera Capital Pte Ltd and its subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, leadership, and strategic planning, with the ability to manage teams across diverse business units—including agribusinesses, hospitality operations, property and vehicle management. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably across multiple industries such as investment and hospitality.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in operational management tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
