Position: Hub Admin (Account Receivable

Industry: Maritime Industry

Location: Diosdado Macapagal Blvd, Pasay City

Salary: Php 23,000 – Php 34,000

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Setup: Onsite

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
• Handle document processing, filing, and data entry
• Track deliveries, dispatch schedules, and logistics activities
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock movement updates
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients for operational concerns
• Prepare and submit hub reports and performance updates

Requirements

• Bachelor degree of any course.
• At least one year of experience in Invoicing and disbursements.
• Amenable to work in Pasay.
• Can start as soon as possible
• Have experience working in shipment or in maritime industry is a plus.
