JOBO RESPONSIBILITIESS:

The AR Specialist shall be responsible for the Invoice To Cash process in compliance with SLA / company’s financial policies and procedures. Ensures that all transactions including reports, reconciliations and other assigned tasks are processed and done accurately and on a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

o Obtained at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent

o At least 2 years in accounts receivable or general accounting-related work experience

o Experience with AR/AP/GL modules using ERP Systems (Oracle/ MFG Pro)

o Advanced skills in the use of MS Office application like Excel Spreadsheets and Google applications

o Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done.

o Be able to work in a structured environment

o Good oral and written communication skills

Preferred

o Experience in Shared Services/ BPO

o Proven ability to work under pressure.

o Able to work with the least supervision needed

o Worked in an international and culturally diverse organization
