We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Staff to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and finance.

Position: Accounts Receivable Staff

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and billing statements
• Record customer payments and update accounts receivable records
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist in follow-ups
• Help reconcile accounts and support month-end reports
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documents
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Willing to learn, detail-oriented, and organized
• Good communication skills
