• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Process incoming payments and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
• Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers with the general ledger.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports related to accounts receivable.
• Communicate with clients regarding payment inquiries and account discrepancies.
• Collects payment from clients (weekly)

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounts receivable processes and financial documentation
• Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial accounting principles
