- Prepare and maintain financial records.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with team members for audits and tax filings.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong support and audit skills, expertise in billing and financial analysis, exceptional time management, and financial reporting abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct audits, manage billing processes, perform financial analysis, and prepare financial reports.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with regular business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and strong organizational skills.
