Accounting System: Journal, Payment, and Application:

1. Daily records and applies payment to invoices.

2. Records customer deductions and applies them to the invoices affected.

3. Regularly generates system records to review possible errors and misapplications to correct them so that system records correspond to the actual status of receivable transactions.

Reporting:

1. Provide the management with timely and reliable reports relating to accounts receivable transactions with sufficient details and remarks.

2. Maintains sufficient data to substantiate reports issued.

• Bachelor's of Science in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field
• Must have 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivables
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of Functional Roles in the Organization
• Knowledge of Issues on Trade
