الوصف

  • Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain up-to-date records of transactions.
  • Account Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and receipts; follow up on outstanding accounts and manage vendor relations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and assist in generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies, assisting with audits as needed.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Support: Provide support to senior accounting staff and collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven experience in an accounting role or internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
