الوصف

Inbound
handles US customers
BPO or call center set upset up
Perform daily bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
Prepare and issue sales invoices, billing statements, and official receipts
Encode and monitor accounts and receivable
Maintain and update the general ledger and financial databases
Prepare reports using QuickBooks
Assist in Sales Tax documentation
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized accounting files and financial records
Coordinate with clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters

المتطلبات

Can speak fluent English with American accent
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus
Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in BPO accounting or finance roles
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
can handle shifting schedules
