• Supervise and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports for the center.
• Monitor billing and collection processes for tuition and other fees, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in handling billing, collections, and government compliance is required.
• Computer literate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Amenable to work in Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong (on-site).
