Location: Must be based in Manila, Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong, or Taguig

Schedule: Part-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite + 2 days work-from-home)

Role Overview


La THEOZ Real Estate is seeking a competent and trustworthy Admin Bookkeeper to manage daily accounting and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in QuickBooks, Excel, and ClickUp, and experienced in financial reconciliation, receivables, payables, and contract documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Record and reconcile sales, payables, receivables, and expenses in QuickBooks
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payment summaries
  • Maintain organized contracts, vouchers, and financial filing systems
  • Create and update financial trackers, statements, and summaries in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Use ClickUp for financial task tracking and admin workflow updates
  • Assist management in preparing cash flow reports and monthly financial summaries
  • Coordinate with suppliers, accountants, and internal teams for audit and documentation compliance


Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 3 years accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Strong knowledge in QuickBooks, bank reconciliation, ClickUp, and Excel / Google Sheets
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Organized, trustworthy, and proactive in handling records
  • Must be based within Manila, Makati, Pasay, Mandaluyong, or Taguig
  • Laptop and stable internet connection required
  • Compensation & Work Setup
  • Part-Time Position (rate negotiable based on experience)
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement: 2 days onsite in Makati | 2 days work-from-home
  • Performance-based incentives may be offered
