- Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct audits to identify and mitigate discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Financial Statements, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Financial Management, Journal Entries, Accounting Software, and Tax Reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial reports, manage accounts payable/receivable, conduct reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and integrity.
