الوصف

  • Maintain and organize financial records, including invoices, receipts, and collection documents.
  • Prepare and process checks for payments to suppliers and other transactions.
  • Validate sales invoices, official receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle billing preparation and monitor collections.
  • Act as a liaison for bank transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Assist in reconciling financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support related to accounting and finance.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or  finance are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential financial information.
  • Willing to do fieldwork for bank transactions when necessary.
