Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience or training in bookkeeping or accounting (academic or work-based).
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or training experience are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze accounting entries and account balances; prepare adjustments for any erroneous entries.
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Ensure all subsidiary ledgers are properly maintained and reconciled.
• Handle disbursement processes, expense tracking, and account reconciliations.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
