الوصف

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files
  • Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and vouchers
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Handle payroll and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Officer or Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any related field
  • With at least [X] years of relevant experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Knowledgeable in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Familiar with BIR reports, tax filing, and government contributions
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
