  • Manage daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Oversee month-end closing and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, auditing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting processes, prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills.
