الوصف

  • Actively trains, supervises and mentors accounting staff. Maintains strong employee relationships.
  • Ensures accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial data according to Philippine Accounting Standards.
  • Validates and monitors revenue and expenses.
  • Monitors accounts payables, accounts receivable, cash receipts, disbursements and general ledger. Manages cash flow.
  • Coordinates and prepares the annual financial budget.
  • Collaborates with other financial staff to support and enable the department to meet overall goals and objectives.

المتطلبات

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With at least 4-5 years of experience as an Accounting supervisor or Accounting Manager
  • With experience in FMCG food or non-food
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, laws and practices other government reportorial requirements
  • Knowledgeable in Oracle Netsuite an advantage
  • Can start as soon as possible is a big plus
