Job Description

Primarily responsible for checking of accuracy of recording sales including the computation for sales commission as well as checking and monitoring of accuracy and flow of inventory

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (Preferably) or any accounting related course
• At least 4 years of related experience, 2 years of which are in supervisory capacity
• Eligibility not required
• Training computerized Accounting / Accounting System
• Must be willing to work at Otis, Paco, Manila

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Checks accuracy of sales report if reconciled with ERA System.

2. Make necessary adjustment to solve sales related error.

3. Analysis of sales monthly report data vs. sales target.

4. Prepares GP analysis (profitability) per sales category

5. Maintains inventory report to reconcile with ERA system.

6. Monitors inventory level and ageing and providing explanation when there is a deviation between actual inventory vs. par stock.

7. Monitors cycle count in warehouse and consigned items in dealerships.

8. Prepares landed cost computation for imported items

B. Tax Compliance

1. Checking of Summary List of Sales for value added tax computation.

2. Filing of value added tax through EFPS.

3. Filing of 1601-C.

4. E-Submission of summary alphalist of withholding tax (SAWT).

5. E-Submission of summary list of sales and purchases.

C. Personnel Supervision

1. Prepares the immediate subordinate’s Job Design and conduct Job Orientation to clarify job functions and performance expectations.

2. Administers the performance Management System in her/his unit.

D. Policy Formulation/Process Development Improvement

1. Recommends new and/or enhancement of existing policies and work process to promote

E. Personal Development

1. Attends relevant training and development programs, and

2. Undertakes self-improvement initiatives to promote continuing professional growth and personal development.
