- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Accounts Payable and Receivable, SAP, Audit, Reconciliations, Financial Analysis, General Ledger Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting operations, manage financial reporting, ensure compliance, and lead audit processes.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with collaboration across departments.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, leadership abilities, and excellent communication.
