Department : Finance And Accounting Department

Location : Malolos Bulacan

Unit: Restaurant

Position : Accounting Manager


Responsible in for overseeing the financial operations of the restaurant, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulations, and timely reporting. This role manages daily accounting functions such as budgeting, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory cost tracking.


Duties and Responsibilities

1. Give timely insights reports to the Management and Operations like Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Weekly Insights Reports.

2. Manage daily accounting functions including general ledger, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

3. Supervise and process accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely vendor payments and customer billing.

4. Analyze, evaluates financial data and manage the entire financial strategy of the organizations.

5. Ensures all financial transactions and reports comply with the systems and financial obligations and standards.

6. Monitor and analyze restaurant costs, including food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operating expenses.

7. Manage inventory audits and coordinate with the kitchen and procurement teams for stock accuracy.

8. Enhance and creates policies and procedures for the improvement of departmental efficiency.

9. Other Tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements and Qualifications

1. Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.

2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related field. Being a CPA is an advantage.

3. With at least three (3) year accounting valuable experience; experience in restaurant experience is an advantage.

4. Able to deliver reports on time.

5. Knowledgeable in in income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.

6. Knowledge of inventory and cost control systems specific to foodservice operations

7. With strong attention to details, meticulous, analytical thinking, organize and precise.

8. Highly skilled and proficient at verifying financial or transactional data.

9. With people management skills in leading the team towards the goal.

10. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
