• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals, to reflect current transactions accurately.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper handling of discrepancies in financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide support during audits by supplying necessary documentation and responding to inquiries regarding financial data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field or CPA
• with solid experience in 2 years
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
• Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
