We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in all accounting records. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare journal entries, general ledgers, and financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Generate financial reports for management decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Support audits and ensure timely filing of government requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any related field (required).
• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• With or without a CPA license (CPA is a plus).
• Non accounting field fresh graduates applicants are welcome, provided they have relevant accounting experience.
