- Assists in preparation of attachments for BIR reports like VAT input, relief file of purchases and sales, and alpha list.
- Gathering of data and monthly reports of all projects.
- Assists in preparation tax, returns, payments and reports.
- Prepare and examine financial records
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Analyze budgets and financial reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist in tax preparation and filing
- Provide support during audits
- Collaborate with management on financial planning
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with audits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard 40-hour work week, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team player, integrity, and adaptability.
