  • Assists in preparation of attachments for BIR reports like VAT input, relief file of purchases and sales, and alpha list.
  • Gathering of data and monthly reports of all projects.
  • Assists in preparation tax, returns, payments and reports.
  • Prepare and examine financial records
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Analyze budgets and financial reports
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in tax preparation and filing
  • Provide support during audits
  • Collaborate with management on financial planning
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, attention to detail, strong analytical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial statements, manage accounts payable/receivable, assist with audits.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard 40-hour work week, occasional overtime may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team player, integrity, and adaptability.
