- Participates in or leads the implementation of software solutions (financial, HRIS, CRM) for clients or projects.
- Assists clients with issues encountered while using the system.
- Responds to client inquiries and provides necessary support, guidance, and assistance.
- Participates in testing newly developed products, product enhancements, and customizations.
Note: (CPA passer is preferred)
