Position: Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity

Company Industry: Financial Services

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM- 6:00AM

Salary: Php 85,000-Php 90,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting and Finance
• At least 4 to 7 years’ experience in Private Equity
• Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the management of private equity funds, including negotiation, supervision, and credit administration when required.
• Manage team transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow handling, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for performance reporting within the organization.
• Work closely with finance and investment teams to review quarterly results and assess overall team performance.
• Provide support for special initiatives and ad-hoc tasks, including preparing investor communications and updates.
