JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Accountant will support the work of the General Ledger team. The role may be assigned specific finance projects or initiatives and assist in the monthly reporting requirements of the team. To develop holistic understanding of financial reporting and close processes, the role may be assigned to various processes. This will involve coordination with local finance on outstanding variances and makes the appropriate action to resolve it.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

• Obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Commerce, preferably CPA
• Minimum 2-3 years of previous work experience i n a similar position.
• An experience with SAP AP / AR / GL Module
• Experience i n SOX compliance
• Advanced skills i n t he use of MS Office application e.g. Excel Spreadsheets and Google applications
• Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the j ob done.
• Shifting schedules required e.g. Europe time as needed
• Good oral and written communication skills
