الوصف

We are looking for a Property Accountant who shall be responsible for general, account receivable and account payables function on the assigned project.


GENERAL FUNCTION

  1. BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS - Required to have weekly self-audit and to maintain good accounting practice on books of accounts and accounting system as well as the business ledger issued by BIR. 
  2. XERO SYSTEM - Properly maintain and update all records both on XERO and folios.
  3. GOVERNMENT COMPLIANCE AND REPORTS
  • In charge of posting of government compliance and bookkeeping required by the government 
  • Coordinate with external accounting for all required government reporting and compliance.
  • Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports for the Board of Trustees.


AR FUNCTION 

  1. AR TRANSACTION - Conduct proper billing of water and dues
  2. ISSUANCE OF RECEIPT - Regulate, process and issue receipts.
  3. DAILY COLLECTION REPORT 
  • All collections shall be recorded properly in the client's account in XERO.
  • Reconcile all transactions for the day by tallying daily collection with daily transaction based on XERO.
  • Submit a daily collection report to Accounting Audit on the next business day.


AP FUNCTION

1.AP TRANSACTION

  • Validate and read contract/agreement terms thoroughly and disburse payments under such terms and regulations of the company.
  • Analyze proper deduction and issuance of withholding tax if any and necessary.    

2.PAYMENT REQUEST - Ensures that payment request is made prior to validation of completeness of documentation prior to check and payment preparation. 

3.CHECK PAYMENT - Making sure all supporting attachments are properly filled even after releasing and recording of checks 

4.PETTY CASH - Replenished petty cash after payment request of Property Admin.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; licensed CPA preferred
  • With 1-2 years of experience as Accounting in property management or related field
  • Knowledgeable on bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Knowledgeable with bookkeeping softwares (XERO, peachtree) and Microsoft office suites (excel)
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Can work under less or minimum supervision
