Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and full-cycle financial reporting.
Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Manage and mentor junior accountants or bookkeepers, implementing controls and process improvements.
Handle end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory deductions and government reporting (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
Ensure compliance with BIR filing requirements (e.g., 2550M/Q, 1601-C, 1701/1702, SLSP, Alphalist) and other tax regulations.
Represent the company in BIR audits, respond to Letters of Authority (LOA), and manage tax risk exposure.
Lead budget preparation, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
Provide strategic insights on cost control, profitability, and cash management to support business growth.
Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and efficient reporting systems.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
