- Receiving a designated amount of money from accounting to be placed into the petty cash fund.
- Adhering to the company's petty cash policy.
- Filling out petty cash vouchers.
- Ensuring the security and accuracy of the petty cash funds.
- Ensure that appropriate receipts are obtained to support all disbursements
- Ensure that the petty cash fund is reconciled at all times.
- Assisting with payroll
- Other related accounting staff responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Prior accounting experience is a plus but not required.
- Preferably around LAGUNA resident
