• Handle full set of accounts

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and reconciliation.

• Responsible for accuracy of invoices & submission of E-invoices

• Monitor petty cash, reconciliation, reimbursement.

• Ensure timely issuance of debit/credit notes for customers.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor/maintain 13-week rolling cash flow.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for factory operations.

• Prepare SST, CP204, Withholding tax

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities when required.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

• Assist in the development and monitoring of KPI’s financial company.

• Support year-end audit and closing of accounts.
