Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, and compliance
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Experience in manufacturing or PEZA-registered companies is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle cost accounting: inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Monitor production costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct internal and external audit coordination
• Perform FP&A activities for capital and operational improvements
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records
• Stay current with industry and regulatory changes
