  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Handle invoicing, expense reports, and payment processing.
  • Ensure all financial data complies with company policies, internal audits, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Handle ad hoc accounting tasks as assigned by the manager or team lead.


  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of professional accounting experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage daily transactions, assist with financial reporting, and support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with standard business hours; occasional overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong ethical standards, teamwork abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen willingness to learn.
