We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Team Leader to manage and guide a team toward achieving performance goals and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality service or output in alignment with company objectives.

• Supervise and coordinate daily team operations and tasks.
• Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and personal growth.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions to ensure clarity of goals and expectations.
• Address and resolve performance or interpersonal issues effectively.
• Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Provide detailed reports on team metrics, productivity, and any challenges faced.
• Serve as the main point of contact between team members and upper management.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.

• At least 1-2 years proven leadership experience (team leader, supervisor, or manager) in a BPO setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Highly organized and solution-oriented
• Passionate about helping others succeed
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Amenable to work onsite in Iloilo City
• Amenable to work in a night shift schedule
