الوصف

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and client inquiries

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in account management or customer relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, build relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work flexibility.
