  • Manage client accounts and build strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery.

  • Prepare and present reports to clients on account status.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of account management experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage client accounts, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options.
