الوصف

  • Engaging key partner clients and building good business relationships with them
  • Act as an ambassador for the company to establish goodwill among other key suppliers
  • Achieve sales targets by performing the sales cycle; generate and qualify new sales leads
  • Conduct presentations regarding the status of projects with clients; prepare relevant and necessary documents related to maintaining the account
  • Act as liaison with all the internal departments involved in servicing existing and potential clients; in charge of making sure all projects committed meet the standard SLAs given by clients
  • Prepare the necessary sales reports required by internal and external clients

المتطلبات

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Account Management
  • Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, including email access
  • Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills
  • Effective English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes
  • Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques
  • Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions
  • Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals
