EXECUTIVE GENESIS SERVICES, INC. (EXEGEN) is a legitimate and duly registered Service Contractor and a Human Resources Development Organization primarily engaged in recruitment, training, and hiring of semi-skilled and full-professional manpower resources to perform contracted services to its clientele since 1993.
EXEGEN’s clientele includes local and multinational companies engaged in the retail, distribution, and manufacturing of goods such as appliances, electronics, gadgets, toys, food and beverages, FMCG, telecommunications, fashion accessories and apparel, among others. Most of which have been EXEGEN’s business partners for years.
EXEGEN is also engaged with several accounts for utility and janitorial services, as well as manufacturing industry services. It also offers services under a novel trilateral business model of full-outsourcing, where it is one among a few pioneering proponents of such a concept in the service contracting industry.
Because of the profile of its clientele, EXEGEN expanded its operation and opened up branch offices in Subic, Sta. Rosa in Laguna, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, and Iloilo.
EXEGEN is affiliated with the Philippine Association of Legitimate Service Contractors (PALSCON) where Ms. Rhoda Caliwara – EXEGEN’s President and General Manager - is also the current President. EXEGEN is also a member of some of the country’s leading business organizations, such as the Employers’ Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
Other services that EXEGEN offers include Trade Marketing and Promotional Activities, Merchandising, Product Display and Branding, Activation, Product Launches, Exhibits, Test Markets, Sampling Events Management, as well as Janitorial, Building Maintenance, and Utility services, and provisions of services in the Manufacturing Industry.
